Visual and multimedia artist exploring the gaze over the Time through the different technics - from the oldest classical to the most contemporary ones; them all superposed on the trajectory of her existential experience. Olha Snydanko's work is on the border of the abstract and the figurative. It does not give a physical reality; it collects a climate, a state of mind, an idea, an emotion, her opinion. Her works are associations of lived experiences and imaginative prototypes.
 
Snydanko's paintings never reveal all their secrets at first glance. It is only after a few moments of observation that the images appear in the relief of the canvas. In fact, titles play part of the reveal, giving a twist to reveal the picture. Attention is firstly transferred to the pure pleasure of tons, the colors and the precision of the painter's work.
 
In Snydanko's work, color is used and celebrated without rules or conventions but with passion. It reaffirms the richness of the possibilities of painting, which is particularly able to convey a multitude and variety of points of view.

Olha Snydanko - is a Ukrainian/Swiss artist who lives and works in Geneva, Switzerland.
 
Snydanko's passion for painting and creating began in her childhood. Naturally, she began studying art in classes and private schools where she found the full support and encouragement of her teachers. In 1996, she was graduated from the College of Decorative and Applied Arts in Lviv, named at honor of the famous Ukrainian painter Ivan Trush. In 2000, Olha Snydanko was graduated from the Academy of Arts in Lviv, Ukraine.
 
Subsequently, she moved to Geneva where the artist's work continued. During recent years, she has exhibited in Ukraine, Poland, Italy, France and Switzerland. Her works are actually part of some privat collections, of the Swiss Banks, international commercial compagnies, official swiss institutions and recently in the collection of the Museum of the contemporary ukrainian art Korsakiv in Loutsk in Ukraine. Olha Snydanko is a special name among contemporary artists.
